Bodegas Altanza unites Rioja and Jerez in the Roberto Amillo Collection

Valora este producto

The two oldest denominations of origin in Spain come together in an exclusive series of Sherry wines.

Bodegas Altanza launches a selection of exceptional wines and brandies, aged by the soleras system. From the hand of one of the greatest collectors and enthusiasts of Jerez wine, Roberto Amillo , who has transmitted to Altanza his knowledge and also his valuable collection of wines.

The result of that work of many years and much effort is acolection composed of two vermouths – made from a careful selection of different Sherry wines, aged in American oak casks and macerated all with more than 30 herbs, roots and flowers in French oak wood – and also by other types of wines such as Amontillado, Palo Cortado, Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez (PX) and finally Brandy de Jerez.

All of them constitute an exclusive collection that is a faithful reflection of the history and variety of a denomination of origin, Vinos de Jerez, which now strengthens its ties with Rioja thanks to the commitment of Bodegas Altanza to follow a policy of expansion to other denominations but with the uniqueness and the care that, for almost 20 years, it has been giving to the wines it makes in the Rioja Qualified Denomination of Origin.
