Elaboration/Aging	24 months in new French oak barrels and malolactic fermentation in 22Hl French oak vats.

Visual	Ruby red color with a medium layer.
Fragrance	On the nose it offers a perfect balance between ripe black fruits (liquorice, currant) and subtle spices of the wood (vanilla, cocoa, light roasted).
Boca	On the palate it is a fine and elegant wine, with soft tannins and good acidity, making it honeyed and extremely round.
Pairing	It is recommended to take it with the dishes normally recommended for a reservation, but it is a wine that can be enjoyed perfectly on its own.
