Ageing / Wine-making | 18 months in new French oak barrels and three months in French oak vats 22,000 liters of the Seguin Moreau cooperage. |
Aroma | Rich and complex bouquet showing its powerful new French oak cask, blended very well with the red berries coming from the grape; spicy and toasty hints. |
Tasting Notes | Sweet, velvety, pleasant opening. It is round and complex with a great structure and well balanced tannins, that lend the wine strength and elegance. Long and persistent finish with an alluring aftertaste. |
Food Pairing | All kind of meats with intense flavour and spicy notes as high roast, vanilla, cinnamon, clove or chocolate. |
