|Ageing / Wine-making||18 months in new French oak barrels and three months in French oak vats 22,000 liters of the Seguin Moreau cooperage.|
|Aroma||Rich and complex bouquet showing its powerful new French oak cask, blended very well with the red berries coming from the grape; spicy and toasty hints.|
|Tasting Notes||Sweet, velvety, pleasant opening. It is round and complex with a great structure and well balanced tannins, that lend the wine strength and elegance. Long and persistent finish with an alluring aftertaste.|
|Food Pairing||All kind of meats with intense flavour and spicy notes as high roast, vanilla, cinnamon, clove or chocolate.|
