Aroma | It is very elegant, with lots of complex aromas like nuts, cocoa, vanilla and hints of spices and subtle smoky notes. It shows a slight licorice flavor of the Tempranillo. |
Tasting Notes | Powerful with an excellent maturity and structure. Long, sweet, nice and silky, it reminds to balsamic and toasted. It's fresh and very noble, good after taste and aromas on palate, same as on nose. |
Food Pairing | It requires more elaborated and powerful food. It can be taken as a dessert or as a drink without any accompaniment. Ideal as a gift to surprise someone. |
