|Aroma||The nose is powerful, complex and intense. We find balsamic, cinnamon and some vanilla. They also leave a fine and pleasant toasted aroma and also some coffee and some leather.|
|Tasting Notes||The palate is powerful with light hints of black fruit, it fills us and leaves the palate with a feeling of sweet tannins. It's fresh and very noble, with long after taste and you find on palate the same aromas you smell. It is a wine that will continue to evolve for the better.|
|Food Pairing||It requires more elaborated and powerful food. It can be taken as a dessert or as a drink without any accompaniment midafternoon. Ideal as a gift to surprise.|
