Fresh and lively in mouth, fruity, full and savoury, with aromas of strawberry and raspberry.
|Ageing / Wine-making||Selected and destemmed grapes. This wine is made using the bleeding technique. Settling was done using the flotation technique. Maceration in stainless steel at controlled temperature for 24 hours. Once the alcoholic fermentation was completed, the wine remained on its lees for two months.|

|Visual||Fresh pink colour, with a coral touch, brilliant and clear.|
|Aroma||A fragrant nose in which red-berry fruit, especially raspberries and strawberries, cherries and jellies, come to the fore, and a pleasant note of banana and herb flowers.|
|Tasting Notes||The taste is full-bodied and round, with sweet and well-balanced tannins. On the palate, has a fresh entry and pleasant acidity appears like sour red berries.|
|Food Pairing||It matches well with light meats and salads, vegetable stews and pasta, curries, Thai, fine pastries, tempura or grilled fish. Our chef's suggestion: spinach salad with bacon, nuts and red berries.|
