|Ageing / Wine-making||This rosé is made with the traditional technique of bleeding. Destemmed the grape, it macerates in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 24 hours. Later the fermentation takes place with its lees at approximately 16 ºC.|
|Best served at||6-8ºC|
|Visual||Strawberry pink wine, with coral touches, bright and clean.|
|Aroma||Good aromatic intensity of red fruits (ripe strawberry, raspberry, cherry, jelly) together with notes of banana and later soft lactic notes and herbaceous flowers.|
|Tasting Notes||Once in the mouth, it is fleshy and round, with sweet tannins and well balanced. Fresh and balanced entry, in this vintage red acid fruits appear again. Pleasant and appetizing wine, with delicious flavors of strawberry, gum and citrus.|
|Food Pairing||Vegetables, empanadas, menestra, fish and tempura. Also with pasta pesto, creative salads or curry dishes. Suggestion: salad of spinach, bacon, nuts and red fruits.|
