|Tasting Notes||Sweet blackberry and mocha flavours, with a nice aftertaste. Mature, charming red, whose sweet tannins, good acidity and structure will please the connoisseurs.|
|Food Pairing||Excellent match with game dishes (venison, boar, partridge); it also goes well with red meats and Gruyere or blue cheeses. It may be paired with not-too-sweet chocolate desserts as well.|
