|Aroma||Cherry, liquorice and black berries, blending well with the balsamic, toasty notes from the oak, which lead to more complex ones: tobacco, leather, pepper and clove. Powerful bouquet.|
|Tasting Notes||In the mouth it is fleshy and elegant, smooth and velvety with a very good acidity and structure. Pleasant aftertaste.|
|Food Pairing||Very suitable for dishes with intense flavours such as barbecued red meat and grilled lamb. Our suggestion: grilled marinated duck breast with honey.|
