A structured balanced and complex wine from 70 year &#8211; old vines. Battonage is the result of our winemaker`s dedication and care to obtain a beautiful and complex wine. This low fermented white wine remains on its own fine lees for 6 months, with daily battonage during the first two months.<\/p>\n<p>Made from 70- year old vines\u00a0 of Viura and Sauvignon Blanc, located in Rioja Alavesa has some of the best tasting notes. Aromatically intense and fresh The 2020 vintage presents characteristic notes of its main varietal such as apple, pear and citrus notes. Citric and bakery notes, typically of its aging on lees.
